480p means 640x480 4:3 aspect ratio. 720p is HD 1280x720 16:9 aspect ration. The encoded formats are .mov and mpeg-1. This ensures our motion backgrounds work on all popular worship software (EasyWorship, SundayPlus, MediaShout, Presentation Pro and others).
