How will I receive my order?

EasyWorship Orders: If you purchase the EasyWorship 2009 Bundle collection you will receive them separately in the mail. Both products ship USPS Priority and might arrive at separate times. You can download your order instantly upon checkout as well. Click here to download your order. You will receive two emails from us. The first email will be your order confirmation from Worship Media Pro and the second email will be your license information. When placing your order make sure you provide your Church’s name and phone number to expedite your license creation.

ProPresenter Orders: If you purchase the ProPresenter bundle you will receive the entire collection of Worship Media Pro backgrounds and ProPresenter 4. Once your order is complete you will receive two separate emails. The first email will be your order confirmation and the second email will be your ProPresenter license code. Simply follow the instructions in the license code email to activate your ProPresenter to full version. The Worship Media Pro collection will ship via USPS. MediaShout V4 Orders: If you purchase the MediaShout bundle you will receive them separately. You can download your order instantly upon checkout as well. Click here to download your order. You will receive an email from us with your order confirmation. The MediaShout V4 CD will ship via Fedex and will contain your license information. When placing your order make sure you provide your Church’s name and phone number to expedite your license creation.

Worship Media Pro Collection Orders: If you purchase the Worship Media Pro Collection you will receive your order via USPS First Class Parcel. What format does the motion backgrounds come in?Each background will have a format and aspect ratio displayed next to the motion background to help choose the correct one. 480p means 640×480 4:3 aspect ratio and come in mov h.264, wmv and mpeg-1. 720p is HD 1280×720 16:9 aspect ration and come in mov h.264 and wmv. The encoded formats are .mov and mpeg-1. This ensures our motion backgrounds work on all popular worship software (EasyWorship, SundayPlus, MediaShout, Presentation Pro and others). What resolution do the still backgrounds come in?All of the still backgrounds come in 1024×768 screen resolution. This is perfect for both 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratio. And they are great quality backgrounds.
