How will I receive my order?

EasyWorship Orders: When you purchase EasyWorship 2009 Bundle from Worship Media Pro you will receive your order both electronically and physical media will be mailed out. Once your order is received we will manually have your license serial number processed and sent to you via email to unlock your demo version of EasyWorship 2009. You will also receive in your order confirmation email with download link for all the backgrounds that are free with your order.

ProPresenter 5 Orders:When you purchase ProPresenter Bundle you will receive both the software and backgrounds collection electronically with instant download access. ProPresenter does not ship on CD and a software download link will be provided. Your software licenese key will be emailed immediately after your checkout is completed. The free backgrounds collection ships on two DVD set. The instant download link will be in your confirmation email when the order is completed. Special Announcement: You will also receive Extra media from RenewedVision.

MediaShout Orders: When you purchase MediaShout Bundle from Worship Media Pro you will receive the software and backgrounds electronically with instant download access. MediaShout will not ship on CD and a software download link will be provided. Your software licenese code will be emailed immediately after your checkout is completed. The free backgrounds collection ships on two DVD set. The instant download link will be in your confirmation email when the order is completed.

Worship Media Pro Collection Orders: If you purchase the Worship Media Pro Collection you will receive your order via USPS First Class Parcel. What format does the motion backgrounds come in?Each background will have a format and aspect ratio displayed next to the motion background to help choose the correct one. 480p means 640x480 4:3 aspect ratio and come in MOV h.264 and WMV. 720p is HD 1280x720 and 1080p 1920x1080 16:9 aspect ration and come in MOV h.264 and WMV. This ensures our motion backgrounds work on all popular worship software (EasyWorship, SundayPlus, MediaShout, Presentation Pro and others). Get more details on format and sizes here.

What resolution do the still backgrounds come in?All of the still backgrounds come in 1024x768 screen resolution. This is perfect for both 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratio. And they are great quality backgrounds.
